Gem Precast offers a wide range of concrete, lightweight concrete, terrazzo and polished concrete foundations.
Foundations:
• Manufactured to the British Standard.
• All products steel reinforced.
• Manufactured using B.S EN197-1 C.E.M 1 cement.
• We are able to produce one off bespoke foundations.
• Many different coloured and polished finishes.
• To compliment granite and marble.
• Foundations available with or without underslot.
• All with 28mm NAMM fixing hole.
• Large foundations and landings available in lightweight concrete.
Raft/Beam Installations:
• We now have available a team to install concrete beams on-site.
• Working to the British Standard we will install foundations in cemeteries, also offering advice on foundation depth and the reinforcement of the concrete to best suit the ground conditions.
• Fully insured with over 10 years’ experience in the foundation industry.
• Working with local authorities nationwide, catering for their individual needs.
